LaPlante shall waive he next leasing fee for any unit where the resident failed to perform per the lease agreement for the 1st 6 months.

LaPlante shall waive the next 2 month’s management fees for the unit if an accepted applicant is not selected within 21 days (3 weeks) of marketing.

One Point Contact/
Response Time
Each owner shall have a single, direct point of contact (your exclusive property manager) and we guarantee we will respond to questions before the conclusion of the following business day.
Communication Guarantee
Before the 15th of the month, the prior month’s income/expenses will be itemized on your statement and uploaded to your online portal.

Relationship Guarantee
Our PM contract is simply a month-to-month relationship until either the owner of LaPlante give a 30 day notice. We don’t have a contract termination fee or the threat of months of management fees due upon termination; only a simple per-unit preparation service to smoothly transition your properties to the next property manager.
Rent Deposit
Your funds are kept in FDIC insured accounts with incoming rent transferred to your account before the 15th of the next month.
Vacancy Guarantee
Because LaPlante is responsible for the renovation, marketing, and leasing process, the unit will NOT pay a monthly management fee from the time renovation is funded until the resident moves in.
